These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnyChat Export Chrome extension and associated website and services ("Service"). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AnyChat Export, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AnyChat Export is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to export conversations from AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude) to PDF, Markdown, and JSON formats. The Service includes both free and premium (paid) features.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

  • Free Plan: Provides core export functionality with "Exported with AnyChat Export" branding on PDF exports.
  • Premium Plan: Offers additional features including removal of branding from PDF exports. Premium is available as a one-time purchase or subscription, as indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Payments & Refunds

Premium plan payments are processed through our designated payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@anychatexport.com for refund inquiries.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the extension.
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AnyChat Export and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. The content you export remains yours — we claim no ownership over your conversations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all platforms or browser versions. AI platform interfaces may change, which could temporarily affect export functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyChat Export shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the extension or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
